2 T. coriander
1 T. cumin
1/2 t. salt
1 t. turmeric
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. allspice
1/2 t. rice flour
1/2 t. garlic granules
1/2 t. freeze dried onion
1/2 t. parsley
1/4 t. dried mustard
1/2 t. chile powder
1/4 t. dill
dash cloves
dash nutmeg
1/4 t. fennel
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. cardamom
dash cayenne pepper (careful!)
If any of the spices are too large (like freeze dried garlic), grind them up. Otherwise, just put your spice mixture in a spare spice bottle, shake it, label it and enjoy.
